Cox Panoramic Wifi gives you complete control over your home network with an intuitive app designed for the CGM4141 and TG1682 Panoramic Wifi Gateways. Manage your wifi experience with personalization and command that goes far beyond basic router settings.

See which devices are connected, assign them custom nicknames for easy identification, and instantly pause internet access to any device with a single tap. Identify your top bandwidth users to understand how your network is being used. You can manage your entire network from your phone, giving you visibility into your connected home anytime, anywhere.

Set up family profiles to customize internet access for each household member. Assign devices to specific profiles, then use parental controls to establish bedtimes or time-of-day restrictions for internet access. Pause wifi for the entire family during dinner or enforce offline time before bed—all from the app. This level of control helps you manage screen time and keep your home life balanced.

Install and expand your coverage with Panoramic Wifi Pods. The app handles pod setup and ongoing management, letting you add extenders to eliminate dead spots throughout your home. Manage multiple pods from one central interface.

Securing your network is built in. Advanced security features protect your connected devices from potential threats, and the app includes an intuitive troubleshooting guide that diagnoses common issues without requiring a call to support. Error messages are clear and actionable, helping you resolve problems quickly.

Login is straightforward—use your Cox Primary User ID and Password. No need to remember separate credentials just for your wifi management. You can also manage your network name and password directly from the app.

To use Cox Panoramic Wifi, you'll need an active Cox Panoramic Wifi subscription and either a CGM4141 or TG1682 gateway (check the label on the bottom of your gateway for the model number). Your Cox user ID and password are required to sign in.

Note: The app includes a VPN service that is currently being tested and is not yet available to all customers, but will be rolled out as part of future service offerings.
